I've banked here for over 20 years. I'm really getting over the lack of customer service and false information of business hours that are posted on the internet.

We've had nothing but problems sine we started banking here. Not updating our address, freezing our bank account if we use or debit card in another city or state, not ordering checks when requested and there is always a wait when you have to speak to any one.

I went in to cash a savings bond they ask if i had account i said no but i can open one and clerk just said we dont open just to cash a savings bond so i asked for a manger i waited forever and just left so i went to bank in walmart not only did they cash the bond they were poliet and open just so i could cash bonds i dont recommend first financial bank but i really recommend bank in walmart

The staff are friendly at the location close to Kroger.... not the case at the location on 3rd street.
