FCN Bank, Connersville, IN

Thank you for having the ABSOLUTELY BEST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE!! I panicked because I got locked out of my account. One phone call to the Connersville Branch and I was back in action. I have been helped several times due to operator error. I have always been met with professional, knowledgeable and polite individuals. In a time where Customer Service isn't a priority in society. FCN Bank took it up a notch!! Thank you again! Jo

I like FCNB it's by far 1 of the best banks I have ever used They have always been friendly and treated me with the up most respect I am thankful for them keeping an awesome lookout on my account and texting me as soon as something doesn't normal I just text and let them know it's me and can continue it a few moments

This bank is always deactivating mine and my husband's debit cards due to "suspicious acivity" when we are trying to pay our bills or buy things from the grocery store. They also don't allow us access to our money even when our account clearly shows us having a positive amount in the bank. This is by far the worst bank I've ever dealt with.
