We have used many of the larger corprate banking services over the years and their customer service is failing quickly. Gradually we have moved away from other banking institutions. The mind set has become they are doing you a favor by allowing you to be their customer. If you are looking for that caring, home town type of service that appreciates you and your family then Union Savings & Loan would be a good fit. They are friendly and personal, but yet maintain that high level of excellence and professionalism.

All of the people who work there are so nice and friendly.

I've had consistent problems with the mobile app. "We cannot verify your identity. Contact customer service." Why can't the app just ask me for more information to verify my identity?! I consistently cannot access my account because when a password is required i have this issue EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I'm considering switching banks because of this!!
