We have both personal and business accounts with TCU. By far the best customer service. The employees at this location are amazing.

The employees here are extremely nice and personable. I don't come inside of the bank very often because I tend to use the online app and ATM the most; however, it always surprises me that Brittany ALWAYS remembers my name. Not only this, but the employees send follow-up letters to their customers. Customer satisfaction is definitely a priority here, and it's always very apparent that the employees are genuine and truly do care about their customers. I highly recommend this bank.

Good bank . Have chase and tcu , I def. Prefer chase . ATM's are good except they only spit out $20 bills. The ladies inside are always nice and there isn't usually a line
