Kate Cusack is really what made our experience GREAT. She was easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly so it was easy to understand. Anytime we reached out to her she was very quick to respond which was usually outside of normal business hours. Kate brought us a level of comfort during what could have been a much more stressful process. Her customer service was why we ultimately chose Caliber loans considering the rate was matched by a competitor.
