Second car being financed through them and will not be doing another. They take your payments and place it were they see fit. This means you may pay on one contract but they'll place it on another. The loan officers act more like loan sharks. I had a miscarriage and had to take time off work. They were informed after asking what's going on. Just for my situation to be completely looked over and pressured to find a way. Keep in my mind, my car had an issue a month after leasing and I was told by they dealer they could switch out my car and place my balance on a different one. Indiana Finance played oblivious to this.... So, do not finance through them. Unless, you don't go through normal life. You like being talked at, you don't mind your payments being moved around to different things, and you like dealing with loan sharks.

So, 3 years ago my vehicle broke down and I had no credit so I started looking at buy here pay here places like Oak Motors which is Indiana Finances vehicle lot. I found a van I loved but the salesman refused to sell me because it was at another lot and he would lose commission. So they had me test drive a gold van from the local lot. IT BROKE DOWN DURING THE TEST DRIVE!!!! I was guaranteed they would get it fixed at no cost to me and all would be well. I was told that was the ONLY vehicle they would finance so I was stuck because I have 4 kids and have to have seating. So, I traded in a vehicle, ran and drove but wasn't big enough for my family. Signed my loan in July and was told that all of my payments for July and August were my down payment. So I guess they stole my trade in. Now the van has been sitting broke down for 2 years after I paid out of pocket for a new oil pan, new fuel pump, new fuel pump relay switch, new fans, new engine, new radiator, water pump, struts, exhaust, Catalytic converters, wheel hub assemblies, and now it has electrical problems. Van was supposed to cost me $13.500 and is instead costing me over $20,000. The van hasn't even moved since a year after getting it. I've out almost $10000 in work in it and it's still worthless. Save your time energy and money. You WILL get screwed over. I'm personally hiring an attorney and filing lawsuit.

This is not about me, but lately, my stepdaughter recently set up arrangements from biweekly to weekly on her car payments and instead they refinanced her when she had less than a year left on her payments. Rip off. Now my wife called twice, and they give out confirmation number through the phone normally. Instead one woman got smart at my wife talking about she don't give out confirmation numbers and hung up the phone. The second woman, ask for our address and email which she's trying to make a payment for my stepdaughter. They sure have the wrong practice of their work. Be careful who you're dealing with. RIP off specialist.

Do NOT use this financing company for anything. I would give zero stars if that were possible. They talk down to you when you call them out on a mistake on their end and then avoid you afterwards like you're the plague. Not all of your payments go towards your loan but to somewhere else. After down-payment I owed 22k and after 7 months of $600/month I still owe 21k. Not only do they steal your money, but if you tell them to cancel your auto-pay, they say that they did only to continue to pull money out of your account without authorization. When called out on it they say that the auto-pay was never canceled and say that it's your problem, not theirs.

The company told my fiance to get a gift card to pay his car payment. He gave them the card number to pay, was told it was declined. Hours later... 180$ from the giftcard was spent on a "betting" website. I wouldn't recommend going through this fraudulent company. Someone told him to get a gift card, then the money is gone & they say "he got hacked" pretty rare coincidence. Be careful

This is the second time. I have called to ask questions and my lady wasn't there. (not the issue) I understand you want your money. I haven't missed a payment. And everyone has a story. I also have ran a business and absolutely made sure customers we heard. It is the first car I have ever bought. However, situations happen. I have read the reviews and so far I agree. I don't normally leave reviews but their customer service is awful. Again my actual agent is fantastic and kind but whew I lost about lost it on the phone with someone else. Word of mouth is huge. Your reputation with customer is not. If those are constant you Imay want to try and revamp. Won't name the two ladies names because they need coaching for sure.
I have a lot of Grace for people. But this lady made me feel like if I paid two days later than normal. I would lose my car??? Now I could see if. I Was behind. Again wasn't trying to get put of it just wanted to move the date. I don't know. I hope it's changes. I am a talker I love people. But she was so rude. I just stopped. Keep in mind ON YOUR WEBSITE. It states the tough situation communication is best. I hope they can turn it around because I love my lady.

My husband and I have had great experience with Indiana Finance Company. The customer support department was extremely helpful when we had trouble getting our new vehicle tagged. They were also helpful when we needed to change our payment dates. We will gladly use this company again in the future.

This place the worst. Second time dealing with them and the first time around was just as awful. We’ve had nothing but issues since day one. Husband just got a new job and called to let them know so we could change from payments to coincide with our paychecks. He let the lady know when he would be receiving his first check and she said that was perfectly fine and that we could make a two-week payment on that date. Get a phone call a week from the supposed payment due date and are told payment must be made that night. She refused to listen to the fact that we’d already been told next week would be fine to do a payment and basically made it sound like if we didn’t pay that night we’d be put in the computer for repo. We’ve never even been late before. This place advertises like they’re here to help people with bad credit, etc. but really they simply prey on people who can’t afford anything else!!!
