My experience with Ms. Crystal and her staff was awesome and so welcoming!! I was hesitant about the loan process and had some many questions. She was patient and very knowledgeable when answering my questions and explaining the process to me. Not to mention...I had my crying baby with me who was teething. Ms. Crystal actually held my baby so I can complete my paperwork. This was beyond accommodating and gracious of her! I am forever thankful and will be patronizing this establishment and recommending to others that may need assistance too! Thank you Ms Crystal...God bless you!

Superb customer service! I walked in nervous and embarrassed of the idea of getting a loan but I knew it had to be done. I was greeted with a welcome warm smile from Ms. Crystal she allowed me to voice my fears and concerns and assured me it's ok, things happen and this is why "I'm here to help you". She explained the process thoroughly which made this decision a lot more excepting. There are still people who care and give exceptional customer service!! Thank you so very much!
