First Financial Bank & ATM, Edinburgh, IN

When I signed up for an account I was pushed into a dark room and the tellers all took turns biting me. I didn’t even realize this was something I wanted until it happened. I really appreciate a bank that anticipates my needs.

Terrible customer service. Kelly is a clerk at this bank and I have never experienced such terrible customer service ever. Unfortunately I have to go due to my job banks there. I personally will never bank there nor will my family and friends. Shame on her. She is Rude and Hateful and Mean. If she would smile her face would Crack. I CRINGE everyday I enter and I refuse to go to her window. This Branch is in Edinburgh Indiana.

I haven't been there !long but they have the friendliest bank bankers that I have ever seen. Way to go MAIN SOURCE. You're the best. Thanks for all you're outgoing kindness.

Lobby says open at 9 on Saturday and no employees are here to open bank
