While making my first car payment, person was very unprofessional talking to others in the background and having dogs barking. Makes me worry bout giving them my bank account info out to someone who is having fun with her friends and even answering personal calls or yelling to other coworkers for answers to questions. Then to call me back and say I can only pay cash and I have to go to Elkhart for it to be paid on time and I live far from there. Don't ever recommend them. Very unprofessional

Rude, randomly adds charges to your account when they want to. Interest rates are terrible. Always pay. Never late.

They withdrew my car payment for the wrong account not once, but twice. This cost me $185.00 in overdraft fees. They are only willing to pay $37.00. The bank manager will not even speak to me. I am glad I do not have any checking accounts with this poor excuse of a financial institution

I’ve been with CFS for a few years now. I’ve yet to have any problems with them. I’ve got an Auto loan an a personal loan couple different times. I’ve refinanced a couple different times also an still haven’t had any issues with them. They’ve been great to me they approved me fresh off a discharge after bankruptcy. The negative comments have got to be from people not paying an getting their belongings taking. It’s simple pay your payment they leave you alone period. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car or personal loan !!
