I have been meaning to come here and leave my review on Friday I was having a bad day came into checksmart to get a loan not only was I greeted with A Smile but the lady Jennifer was very kind and helpful she mentioned I am New here and still did a great Job helping me thanks for making my day I will be back Wonderful Customer Service.

Literally cuts me off on every question I asked over the phone. Tried to ask clarifying questions and was just --cut off-- called back with a question got cut off again. Thanks for nothing and for saving us time, I guess?

I went in during an emergency and needed a quick loan. The women inside were super nice and helpful. Colleen explained everything to me and made the process quick and easy to borrow. I would go back in a heartbeat if I needed another loan!! Thank you so much for making this hard time a little better.

Shante has always been very helpful and nice at this location. Melody, on the other hand, is very rude and threatening. She told me she was going to kick me out of the line and out of the store because I wasn’t smiling. It was ridiculous considering the fact that I was standing in line quietly minding my business smh.

Melody Cobbin was very helpful at a time when I really needed help. She is amazing. She answered all my questions with the utmost professionalism so that my needs were met. I left feeling relieved and definitely pleased by her customer service skills.

I love this location, the girls at the window are always very sweet & fast! They keep me updated and remind me of anything ahead of time. They also are very sweet with my kids, who tag along with me quite often.
