Heritage Acceptance has the most rudest people working there phones. The ladies there are rude I talked to a lady and she tried to make me sound stupid because they did not explain everything correctly. I will never do business with them and can not wait to share my experience to my 300k followers cause no way they should be having attitudes like that this ridiculous.

These ladies are awesome sweethearts. Chasity, Ava and Rae are so patient and understanding with me. Great customer service!

Reviews aren’t my thing but I had to drop by and leave some positive words because a lot of people don’t give enough credit to good companies or good people, my sister account specialist Dorothy was patient kind and gave her over the top customer service not sure if these reviews are monitored but Mrs Dorothy at Hertiage Corp Was outstanding and that’s exactly what my sister needed at this time she was extremely helpful went over and beyond to ensure things got handled so hey thanks so much for all you do you make such a great impact on this company! I have been with this company since like 2018 or so and when I tell you I’m ready to say to hell with it . I’m going through recovery , mind you I’ve been in contact from day one since before repo. I was out with Covid two weeks and the company gave no cares and still relied my car . now I’ve done all I’ve needed to do to get my car back but every time I go to get my car it’s something else another reason it’s going to take even longer . On top of reps being rude . I’ll take my money to someone else y’all can have the car . I’m a single mom and I’ll be reaching out to the BBB because this is just crazy but I’ve counted it as a loss.

Run as fast as you can from this place! I co-signed on a car for someone 4 years ago. They had an accident and full coverage insurance the insurance only pay $3k saying that’s all the vehicle is worth. Here I am going back and forth with Heritage about $11k left on a 2010 Chevy Impala. They keep coming after me in court cause the buyer filed chapter 7 they tried to garnish my check for $500 every two weeks. They are putting you in an upside down vehicle out the gate the insurance company will never give you the price they are asking so don’t buy from them. I would never I am thinking about setting up picket 🪧 in front of the business during tax time.

I have nothing but good things to say. Being a single father and raising two kids on my own isn't easy and adding health issues on top of that wow. They were very understanding and willing to work with me as long as I let them know what was going on.
