Bill and his Acceptance Home Mortgage company were great to deal with. Bill was very knowledgeable and explained how applying for home would work. He also helped with unfamiliar areas of the Mortgage process. Chase was also great. He was able to help get a check list of paperwork that was needed. These guys went above and beyond!!! 10 outta 10 RECOMMEND!!!

While i have nothing to compare with...i had a good experience with this company. The owner, Bill, was very relatable and a good people person. He went out of the way to get my loan approved. There were some communication delays, but i don't think, at all, that i am their only customer...i am sure they are very busy. In the end, i am moving into my house in a few days, so that's what matters! I, personally, don't understand a lot of the process, but, they were very patient with me and tried to explain in a way i understood. They kept the process moving even through difficulties. I appreciate all the hard work they put in.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Richard. He was so good at walking us through every step. He kept us updated. We had a amazing experience buying our first home. I highly recommend them.

I purchased my home in August. The knowledge, professionalism, customer service, and integrity of the Team from Bill, Chase, Barrett and the entire crew was beyond anything I imagined in home buying!!! Highly recommend each of them and their Team!!

Stars would be zero if possible. Chase Elpers is a joke. My fiancé and I were pre approved we put in an offer then he tells me that we can’t use her income so at that point are we even still approved? He continued the loan and changed our closing date several time saying we need this or that then at the end of it he said USDA turned the loan down because I didn’t have the reserves in my account for 60 days. Which isn’t a rule for a USDA loan. What IS a rule with USDA if you’re relocating like we were to a different state you must be at your new job for 30 days before closing on a loan. Now he’s charging me the 450.00 dollars for the appraisal on a house that with just my income alone didn’t have a pre approval on. I would NOT recommend this company to my worse enemy all they care about is lining there own pockets.

Chase was just awful. Would never return calls. We got to our closing day and time and he never told us when we were suppose to wire money and it was to be wired the day before so day of closing we didn’t know anything. So we had to hurry leave and wire the money. He called in the elevator to say sorry he forgot his bad. Waited until the day before closing to say oh hey we need another document in the next 30 mins or we can’t close tomorrow. He made the whole experience horrible!!
