Charlene has the most pleasant and wonderful disposition and just a joy to talk too every week when I loaded my NetSpend card which is why I'm so very disappointed that they will no longer be doing NetSpend there. For that I am very upset with advance America!!!!!

The guy working in the store went above and beyond for me went to check into cash rude to me as a customer I thought the same was going to happen here not at all very nice polite and helpful ty need more people like him working for you
