Evansville Federal Credit Union has been my family's bank for many years. The friendly and quick service is always great. Many of the tellers know my family members by name and we feel like more than just a number to them. I would recommend this credit union to anyone looking for a new bank with a personal touch.

Constant issues with accessing my account online.

Great bank. The tellers are always friendly and willing to help. I forgot the lady's name that signed me up with this bank, but she was amazing!

I needed help getting an auto loan and Efcu made it very easy and less stressful. Crystal was a huge help and very friendly.

Got a new card in the mail and the security code on the back is 666. I called to ask if they could issue me a new one, I don't want to have to type that number in or look at it every time I use my card. The woman on the phone didn't seem to care, and her manager said it would be a $5 fee. It doesn't seem like a big ask to not have a card with devil numbers on there without being charged for it.... Really disappointed.
