First Financial Bank, Farmersburg, IN

Rude staff. I brought a check in there to cash from a customer who tipped me and two other guys for doing work for her. The blonde hair "banker" lady said since she wrote my name in green ink she had to get a hold of her to verify the check. She didn't answer so I called my office and they got a hold of our customer to call the bank and verify so upon returning inside the bank And getting the call/verification the banker decides to change up the reasoning of why she Still will not cash the check and said she cannot read the wording.....you could tell she was having a bad day and just decided to take it out on whoever she came across and unfortunately it happened to be me. So I decided to take the check to a Terre Haute location and guess what? They could read the wording and the ink wasn't an issue. First and last time I'll ever visit this location with a staff like that.

I love this branch. The ladies are so friendly. They remember everyone by name it seems. The only branch I will use !

The farmersburg first Financial has always been my favorite. I have had an account there for over 10 years and they are always so kind.
