Long history of treating their employees poorly and making up reasons to fire them when they need to cut costs instead of laying them off so they can collect unemployment. Then fights paying the unemployment as long as possible in hopes that the employee will give up. Dont ever take a job there. They will straight lie to you about how they treat their people.

This company is a prime example why the government should not control anything, this company is not about the customer in any way.... if you work here those have to be long miserable days, if you're an executive/manager you're likely a criminal or very incompetent. You wouldn't last two seconds in a real banking job.

Horrible customer service. Paid off 40k in student loans and wouldn't stop auto payments, only to still have payments deducted from bank accounts! Rude people to deal with, glad we are done, after they reimburse the extra money paid (said it can take up to 6 weeks!)

Had a "manager" just threaten me on what he called a recorded call. I refused to give my ss# till they explained the nature of the call. Would only tell me it is Navient.. well I'm the Pope and your not getting my ss#.. sorry. I already have a point of contact and a payment plan in place.. if this was a legit Navient call, you might wanna check your records before spouting off ignorance.

The most corrupt loan company in the WORLD. They are putting their employees under fire to the people they have scammed over PRIVATE LOANS. The Education of Department is after them but being paid under the table to not further an investigation which will all be shed in the light in weeks to come when the lawsuit drops in the Judges lap.

Received a call for a loan that is NOT in my name. Rep proceeded to fill me in on how it was delinquent and how much was due and how long it had been delinquent. Again, I am listed as a REFERENCE not a co-signer so I am not legally entitled nor is it appropriate for me to have that information. Do NOT work with this company, they will harass your family and friends and tell all of your personal information.

This place should be shut down, shareholders and executives should be imprisoned including having their wealth redistributed. This company is evil and in the business of usury.
