I give this place 4 solely because of Jada. Shes amazing and should be working somewhere else making more money. Shes ALWAYS working and working hard. I come in all the time and see her helping people while the two other ladies sit at the desk looking busy. If it wasn't for Jada I wouldn't come. Its a shame these places put up with stuff from their employees because no one else will show up.

I had to cash a $500 check and the reason for the check was I am unemployed and so my aunt was helping me out to pay bills. They charge me $50 to cash this check and on top of everything this lady was extremely rude $50 is an insane amount of money to cash a check that is absolutely gross in my opinion. Therefore I will never use this service again or recommend it. I forget the ladies name but the first experience I had with this place was fine the way the sign me up was very nice and friendly. The second time going in there I had to opposite situation. I posted is about 20 minutes ago but I cannot get out of my head that this place charge me $50 to cash a check that is just again disgusting especially with the economy nowadays I wish no harm on anyone but I hope the lady that help me get Karma cause I totally believe that because she was rude and disrespectful. That $50 could’ve went towards a bill that I just really need to pay

Jada is great. She makes it worthy drive. I don't like the cards, the cards charge too many fees. It's like paying to spend Money

Rude today, two of the ladies were talking about me while I was still there! The black lady with long hair and glasses and the white lady with short hair and glasses. Disrespectful, and rude over something so little. It was unnecessary.

I've been going to this Check Smart over a year now... The people who work there are very kind, attentive and personable. I like that get to know their customers and always try to help you as much as they are able. They are a Great group of people who work there. Thank you.

I will mail a payment in for a bill, before I will step into this location again. I'd rather take my chances with USPS. I wish more corporations would realize, having a manager who isn't vested in the community makes it so they don't care about those coming in. Reece was the most solid and professional manager they ever had, but I guess another side of town needed her more. SMDH Wayne or whatever his name is, is just a good ol' boy.

Kirk had phenomenal customer service skills and gave me great information on tax donations. Thank you
