I have a loan here now for approximately 3.5 years. There always willing to assist if you run into problems. The key is do not avoid talking with them if your having any difficulty making your payment. They will do everything possible to assist you. I highly recommend them.

The process took no longer than 30 40 minutes I wasn't approved for what I was asking for but that's no fault of the company that's my own credit fault but I'm working on that but however I was able to get approved for a decent amount and I appreciate all the attention that was shown to my process like I said it was quick in and out within 30 40 minutes and if I had to do it again I most certainly would and I recommend One main financial to my friends

Very pleased with my loan offer and Travis was very professional making sure I understood my loan and options. Definitely recommend!

No issues with staff. But after paying back on this loan, I really regret how much interest is charged. I needed it at the time, but would absolutely not do this again. Find another way, if you can.

Local office is great, but hope you don't have to call a 800 number customer rep, they are confusing an honestly horrible to deal with!

One main have been awful good to me. When I lost my job they were very patient with me until I could get my retirement and social security and revamped my loan. I recommend them highly.
