They were always quick to respond and attentive when we called and met with them. Dave was great at explaining any confusions we had and researched anything he didn't know immediate answers to. We would definitely use them again in the future and will recommend them to any family and friends

I have refinanced my home twice through VSI. Dave is the most honest and knowledgeable man I know when it come to home lending. I wouldn't go anywhere else! His dedication to his clients surpasses anyone I have worked with in any business! 03/19, I need to edit my review. After doing my taxes this year, I found out VSI neglected to file my homestead deduction. It cost me $7500 over the last 5 years that we’re in between the times I refinanced. The second refinance was due to their error as well. I was just thrilled at that time that I wasn’t charged for the second refinance. Great people to work with, just be careful.

Dave, was a pleasure to work with throughout our loan application process! As a first time homebuyer, he was very patient with us and answered all of the questions we had. I felt like I could trust his advice and I honestly learned quite a bit about how to crunch numbers to calculate the best deal. Great rates. Very easy to reach at any time. I believe Dave is the co-owner of VSI.

I worked with vsi for over 6 months on a small home mortgage they ran my. Credit 3 times over the 6 months told me we could get things that we couldn't they where very hard to communicate with either by email text or phone calls I do not recomend vsi home lending. I ended up going to actual bank and was closed on the mortage in under 20 days
