PLS Check Cashers, Gary, IN

Returning customer but first time at the PLS Ridge Road location. The staff were nice and very helpful. I needed my check cashed ASAP and by far the best decision I made visiting here thanks to Joyce and Jlysa with outstanding service. I had a little difficulty on my own but with their help I was able to get my money conveniently and successfully.

I was in your store on thanksgiving. Suleste was the only one there. She was very patient with me and and the customer before me. I was very happy with her customer service that she give me and the person before me. Nowadays you do not see that in a lot of customer service.

I had a really rough day and the manager Suleste was really pleasant and patient with me. She answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking a lot of them. You never know what people are going through. Thank you this is my new PLS location for sure.

Celeste had been there since 7am with no break or relief and she was so pleasant and friendly. Thank you for such great service Celeste.

The lady's there very professional each and every time i come there. The manager is WONDERFUL. 💚 If i have any concerns with any teller Not being respectful or courteous The team leader will immediately remove that person from the window… I love the service at this store. I’m am a regular lifetime COUSTOMER that does watch for lazy too pretty acting, talking to each other too much when its a COUSTOMER at the window…. When the tellers servicing me, i will complain. My Business is very important as a senior citizen or memory is short at times. I’m use to teller appreciating me not rushing me each and every time, and being sure my service needs are done, asking me do i need stamps or an money order… how do i want my change back….etc…. and WHY THEY STOP 🛑 PROVING FREE ENVELOPES for the paper currency? VERY IRRITATING….😳 KEEP UP THE GOOD WINDOW SERVICE AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF THE NEW AGENTS , You Are Appreciated.💚💚

LaToya Is an Amazing Assistant Store Manager with great customer service skills. The line was short and When I arrived to her window she made me very happy. She smiled and and was completely positive. I recommend a raise immediately. Promote her!!!!

LaToya the Assistant Store Manager did an awesome job today. I came in today for money order and thought I had to pay for it but it was free she also informed me about all the bills they pay there. I didn’t know I could pay my car insurance light bill water bill credit card bill and so much more there. Definitely great experience. Give her a raise it was hectic in there and she still got things done her and the other ladies handling multiple customers at a time. Keep up the great work!
