Never get a loan through them if you can help it. It is the most complicated system in the world to just pay a crazy loan payment. You can't just call and pay it, you can't pay it online without setting up an external transfer account (if you don't bank with them and already have an account) and they aren't open very much for working people to actually get in there to pay the bill. It's just archaic and stupid. NEVER again if I can help it.
