I walked in and stood and waited but two tellers were talking instead of offering to help even though no one was in front of me. I finally got assistance and the woman was rude the entire time did not even say have a good day instead after handing me my money she quickly turned away. I went to this branch to withdrawl money from my checking account, but when i looked back into my account she took it out of my savings account even after she repeated to me “checking account?” I have been banking here for almost 3 years and this was the worst experience ive had here
