I tried getting a credit building loan they said I had to have credit but someone ik came here and got a loan with no credit so how does that work sounds like false advertising to me

I have been a member for years, but contacting a live person is virtually non existence. There has to be a way to speak to someone
immediately without being on hold for hours.

During this pandemic the hours of operation have changed which is ok. What isn't ok though is the inconsistent times that are posted on windows and the hours of actual operation that is found on the web. Signs say 10am, yesterday should have been 10am so 12 cars were waiting for 45min in DT for someone to help us so I went online and saw you didn't open til 12pm. Tempers were high and that put me in danger so update your signs please before a crisis happens.

This is the slowest Centra I have ever been to. Regardless of the time of day, even if you're the only person in the drive thru, you can expect to wait at least 20 minutes to be acknowledged, let alone complete your transaction. Every other Centra branch I've been to is quick and easy. This branch seems to be in now hurry... EVER!

The ladies are friendly and take the time to handle all your needs inside. This bank has several options to handle your needs. They have a video teller at the ATM. You put your card in and pick the options you want. It can do almost everything.

I think the ladies and the gentlemen that do work there at that facility are very polite and when it comes to the point of needing to understand a difficult task or something that has error on your accounts they do a great job of breaking it down step by step of explanation and getting to the bottom of it. As for the issue of "rushing" the process,..people have got to understand that every person does their job and sometimes they are swamped inside the building and they cannot hear through that glass in drive thru so there's this tubing post on the withdrawal or deposit pole as I call it,...and there is this amazing thing called a button that says "call" on it try pushing that once and one of them if not two will service you as quickly as they can cause not everyone can rush to meet your demands and hear your engine running as well,..its simple,....just push to call... if its busy inside and you drove through drive thru please be patient.
