Heights Finance, Griffith, IN

My experience with heights finance has been 100% better than my own bank. Banks say no to a loan and they have your money. I would say heights has been good to me and my daughter. Give them a chance!

I would not recommend this place to anyone especially during a time of emergency. I have been off of work for a few weeks due to serious health complications as I explained to them. I’m back up and working however I am experiencing a small financial hardship. I reached out to this company via phone after my application was submitted. The representative I spoke with informed of a co-signer that would be needed to move forward. My co-signer and I proceeded to call back and give any information that would be needed in order to move forward. The representative, Dave, gave a vague, “nice-nasty” professional tone when gauging in the questions with my co-signer. After the questions had ceased, the representative stated we would get call back. We were slightly uncomfortable after the phone call We did not receive a phone call back from anyone. I called toward the end of the day to be told that we would receive ANOTHER call back. We heard nothing. I called back for the 3rd time this day, for another representative to hang up the phone mid our conversation. After calling for the 4th time, highly upset, the representative then proceeds to tell me what she “meant” to call back and inform me in regards to my application being approved. She asked for check stubs via email due to someone not being in office. The hassle that this has taken to simply get things rolling was distasteful and unappealing. I hope that they receive better customer service representatives.

Everything about the service was great. Staff ran like a team to help me get a used car loan. They knew what they were doing. I felt very comfortable and welcomed.
