Very rude and ignorant people were not helpful. Since management changed they been going downhill. Amanda wasn’t helpful at all.

Went here to receive a loan (first time ever doing so in recent months). The young woman was pretty nice in her attempt to provide a small loan to my cousin, and myself. This is the second loan I received in Indiana, and neither explained that these were NOT installment loans. During the next few weeks I had more that $1000 worth of car repairs. Unexpected of course. Didn’t find out until I attempted to make a payment that the entire amount was due. They will all claim that they explained as much…this store and others in this state. Not the type of thing you would forget. Additionally, there was someone with me who could attest to such. The assumption is that everyone who steps in there has already been there. Don’t make assumptions. Of course it’s in the contract but I’m sure they wouldn’t want customers standing in line actually reading the long contracts wrought with legalese. I’m a paralegal and it would take me awhile. There is a Pandemic! Pre-pandemic, unexpected things happen and could cause catastrophe in ones life…during normal times. I’m not a low-wage earner so I haven’t had many of those cases, but during times when my earnings have decreased significantly, a car repair for $1000+ 1500 rent….will send you in a tail spend. Actually, just stay away from these places if you can. The owners know damn well that the loans they make are pretty high risk during these times so they are not shocked that some will default on/be late on these loans. Get the “extremely” small amounts from Mom, Dad, siblings if possible. It was an emergency and didn’t want to ask. Swallow your pride and do so anyway’

My first experience with a payday loan was great. Shalia was polite and expressive. She explained all I needed to know and got me out the door very quick.. I appreciate it and I will definitely refer you all to everyone I know in need of a loan.

The customer service is very good when I visited . They greet you as soon as you come into the door . If you don’t have all of your documents that you need they help and guide you to how to get them and start your process when in hand without the hassle … always a smile and a thank you for your business..

Octavia is always so awesome and quick. To be frank... all the Ladies are so professional and helpful in giving their customers the assistance they need. So glad this place offers quick service for customers in both Indiana and Illinois.
