Please better yourself and go to a different bank... if you expect to wake up with random overdraft fees at least 2 a month then go right ahead... they want 5/3 on your money... an overdraft fee is 37 dollars and that stuff adds up.. it’s crazy they give you a 24 notice to pay it and I never even got that. Had 10 dollars into my checking and woke up to -27.. how tf does that even happen. Literally took my positive money out of your overdraft fee that I didn’t go into... never trust 5/3 with your money

Started going to this branch after bad experiences at the one on Wabash Ave. Friendly, professional, efficient staff.

Nightmare. They sent my credit card to the wrong address not once but twice . If you can't get mailing address right how can you handle money confidently? Sadly no safe place to do banking anymore. They say sorry but never own up to the screw up .

My fiancé and I got a loan because my sisters wedding is out of town this weekend and we had some really unfortunate stuff happen and this week. We got approved for the loan but didn’t leave the loan company till about 6 in the evening so the banks were closed. We decided to deposit it via the mobile app thinking we would have the money by the next day or maybe a couple days later: NO WHERE did it tell us before hand that it would take 11 DAYS to process and they say there’s is nothing they can do to rush it or cancel the deposit and the general manager wouldn’t even give us a call back after saying she would. Thanks to this, we are now unable to make it so my sisters wedding and am now in debt all because of this. All they would have had to do is put a notice BEFORE depositing that it could take up to two weeks to get the money.
