First Financial Bank, Harrison Township, IN

My experience with a fairly wide variety of services delivered by First Financial Bank has been stellar. I've dealt with them on multiple types of accounts, a mortgage, and travel-related services, and I have always found their staff to be accessible, responsible, easy to deal with, and friendly.

the bank on 25th street , every one their is so nice and helpful. All my bank needs are handled there. I would not trust any other bank . ONLY the one on 25th street in terre haute IN.. thank you all for every thing you do.

At one time it was hands down the best bank in the area, until they started things like charging for checking accounts, and adopting ever increasing fees. Now, they are no better than the worst banks in town.

I have had nothing but great service at the branch at The Meadows, Plaza North, and the Main Branch on Wabash. Everyone has been helpful, kind, understanding when I have an issue. I moved here recently from out of state, and couldn’t be more pleased with my bank choice.

This is one of the worst Banks I have ever banked with with. I close down my account for reasons I won't speak of but when I go to deposit money into my childs account which I do at several other branches of theirs I get told it's a problem because my name is not technically on my child's account. Of course it's not! You're only allowed to have one person on the account. so I get pretty much told that I'm an idiot. I would suggest no one ever bank with this Bank ever. Their so-called customer service are extremely rude on top of everything.
