First Financial Bank, Harrison Township, IN

This bank has friendly staff. Very much dislike that I have a debit card that works half the time and the bank remedy is to pay $15 for a new one. That's like buying a product, that product being defective and being told to buy another one at full price because the first one only works sometimes. Not good customer service. My other issue is that the bank as a general policy has done away with the checking account I have had for years. Now if you don't keep $750 in your account at all times you cannot get checks. But you are given the choice of online banking. So because I'm not rich enough to have $750 in my account I'm forced into online banking....and everyone knows what goes on the internet is never 100% safe. So now to save this bank a few dollars my information is on the internet....all because I don't qualify for a regular checking account. Why not switch banks? Because First Financial is the largest bank in the area they have more atms and banks than anyone else.
