I always appreciate the advice and feedback I receive and the ease of transactions. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to complete a transaction. Fast, friendly and convenient!

Service here is very slow. One teller to wait on 6 customers with numerous other staff members walking by looking at us and they keep walking. I would switch banks if I had a personal account here.

Seems like every time I turn around I have to get a new card because “ fraud protection“ the same problem I had at my last back

Since covid change orders need called in I will call for over half an hour over and over and still cant place my change order for my buisness

Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes until they decided to work I guess !! Very rude older lady that help me as well :( Changing banks!
