Kim was ready with our loan papers and did a very nice job informing us about what we needed to bring and even called to make sure we were coming at the set appointment time. We had originally wanted a direct deposit, but after all the paper work was finished, we changed our mind to asking for a check instead. She didn’t even hesitate to start the entire process over. She was very friendly, respectful, and professional.

They approved me with a vehicle as collateral but when I drove over 30 miles I got there and they gave me more information about my collateral that had I'd known before hand would've saved everyone a hassle.

OMF works with you. They even set up easy payment plans for you. It was great that they recommended a biweekly plan on a Friday. Thanks
