I absolutely Love this place. People are so friendly & helpful. You only have to ask a question one time & they answer or get you an answer those kind of places are few and far between.

The teller was rude and the manager was even more rude. The manager was completely indifferent to our situation. One would think that a local credit union would demonstrate more courtesy than a national bank chain. Never had any issues with the Marion branches though.

I have a 749 credit score. I attempted to get a loan for someone who was previously denied by them for having too low of a score and they said that they denied me because “they knew what I was trying to do with it” why does it matter who I give the loan money to if I’m the one that is responsible for paying it back? Closing my accounts soon and banking elsewhere.

It's hard to rate a place positively when they're not open late enough during the week to get there after working long hours out of town. Their "popular times" on Google show they're busiest from 2pm until close. With that kind of historical data, one would think they would extend their hours until 5:30-6:00pm during the week, especially on a Thursday or Friday.
