I've been without a vehicle for over 2 months now because the department that handles insurance payoffs is dragging their feet. I highly don't recommend them for vehicle loans

Never in life taking a loan from them again no matter how desperate I am!!!! I have a 4 year loan for a vehicle that I’ve already paid more than the loan amount for! I had 2 late payments back at the height of coovid in 2020 because my job was down and unemployment in Chicago was backed up months literally and they won’t remove them saying they don’t have the ability which is a lie! Can’t wait to be done with this bogus loan I have now and never deal with them again! I had late payment same exact time frame with capital one and they changed to current because they understood it was hard times and that I’m trying to get ahead in life financially. I even told them these payments are hindering me from a home purchase but they don’t care! Stay away if I were you! Not good business at all!

I really must say it was very reassuring to no I would be helped with this loan I thank you Kelli for all your effort in this loan process from the begining to the end I was so full of hope and joy from the begining to the end and for believing in helping people. Thank you, laurie gutierrez

Expect to pay a lot extra in fines when payments get retracted on their end. They won’t notify you til months later til you owe quite a bit in fees. Worst decision i’ve made was borrowing from them. Lesson learned.

The staff at One Main in Highland, Indiana are an extremely professional and helpful group of people. Making the choice to borrow money is never an easy decision, but these folks explain everything carefully and truly make you feel that you matter. That is quite an accomplishment in this day and age of everything being fast and customer service at a minimum. Hats off to One Main in Highland!

There is a white lady name Kelly that works there and man she is racist!!! She was giving me and my black Puerto Rican grandfather the worst of attitude and then put on my application I didn't have a job when I do have a job and even with my grandfather co-signed for me she acted like she couldn't do it at first then she finally did and told me she will contact me the next day and never did. And I went up there with my husband earlier that day to see about one and a Mexican lady helped us she was really really sweet but I didn't get approved and she was able to tell me right then and there. But when I went back with my grandfather that other dumb lazy lady just said she will give me a call the next day when she hears back which I no she could have told me no right then and there obviously I was approved I assume since she said she will call me instead of telling me right then like that nice lady did for me. So I think it had to do with mine and my grandfathers skin color!!

The representative was very nice to us he has a beautiful personality

She was very nice person polite explained everything to me. I would recommend anyone to stop and talk to anyone working there..
