Was a good bank until they closed the 2 closest locations near me. Then upon the switch to First Finanial, I was not able to get money out anywhere for 3 days. Safe to say Tuesday, I’m closing my account.

This banking staff is absolutely unbelievable in the amount of customer service they provide their customers . Theyve made my unfortunate situations much easier to get through . They actually answer phones and reply to emails . Great people .
