Since I began my auto loan with OneMain (Huntington office), I have received excellent customer service and not one issue with my loan. The ladies in the office are amazing to work with and go beyond measures to help. I wold give more than five stars if possible!

We have have had 3 loans (2 loans, one refinance) from one main. They have been amazing with payments and their staff is beyond helpful. Jamie is the best, she’s always been so kind and incredibly patient. We’ll never go anywhere else, even tho the interest rates are super high, the staff there really makes up for it for us.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Im self employed and tried to obtain a small loan to make it through a difficult time. Was instructed to set up a pay roll and with 1 check sub could obtain loan. Used last of my money to set up payroll and paid myself and taxes. Now they say cannot give me a loan because they changed their policy and underwriter was not aware. Out $900 in fees and taxes when I was already short money. Ridiculous

Go see Jamie at the Huntington branch, she's amazing!! She explains everything clearly and u get your money ASAP!!! She's the best!!! Thank you Jamie
