Can't use the app it forgets my info after every single use & now while changing my password to the same password for the 30th time it claims it can't identify me, then their atm card works on no atm anywhere but theirs an thats only when they remember to put money in the atms

This credit union, as a whole, is ridiculous. No one answers the phone, the call center gives wait times longer than 5 minutes (normally 25-35 minutes), none of the tellers seem to know the answers to any questions, you get different answers every time you call. My experience with this credit union has been anything but pleasant. I have nothing nice to say about my experience. This isn't my one and only experience prompting me to write a bad review; this is about my 5th bad experience with their customer service and I've had enough.

I have been a member for many years and have always had great service. The staff don't get to see me very often because I moved out of the county 15 yrs ago, but still treat me like family when I come in. Each time I've had a need, they have worked hard to make sure we're taken care of. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate JoDeane and the rest of the TCU crew!

Until October, 2023, in all the years I've been with TCU, now Everwise, I have always experienced the best service by all the employees. They are all exceptional. But 2 times now I have been talked down to, disrespected, and put on numerous lengthy holds for no reason by a rude rep supposedly named Abe. I requested to speak with his supervisor, Deb, who never called me back as I had requested via a message I left on her voicemail.The last straw was when i was told by Abe, "so you finally caught on" when the real issue had nothing to do with me misunderstanding, instead he chose to ignore my request and only claimed to have already spoken to his supervisor about my request. He seemed to be on a power trip and as a retired Manager of Customer Services, I refuse to tolerate someone who obviously hates his job.

I've been banking here for 12 years with Teachers Credit Union without any problems but now Everwise takes over and now there's issues. I fell into a scam that said it was harbor freight but wasn't and had 2 large charges to my checking account that I didn't authorize but Everwise will NOT refund me the 2 charges because the scam people are telling them that it is harbor freight when it's not. Time to find a better bank. These people have no clue.
