I don’t know the lady’s name that was over the counter. The receipt said Terrie. First of all she took all my information and picture for the supposedly first timer them took my social down too. I didn’t mind it at first because i just wanted to cash my check. Mind you i have been working all day and got pay via check for the day. So obviously i want to cash my check right away. After waiting almost 30 min for the lady to finish with someone else. It was finally my turn to go. Im already irritated for the wait time. The lady was extremely rude with a judge attitude with me probably thinking I’m up to no good or something idk. Either she needs a new job or just need to be train better or get someone else who’s more motivated on helping people instead of being judgmental and rude. I felt like i was being judge by this lady. After a ton of question at the end of the day she didn’t cash my check with a receipt just because i miss expelled my first day at a job’s name and I communicate this to her. At this point after answering all her question she still didn’t cash it. I just swiftly left the place. Even after i left my boss came in the store to try to cash it as well and still she was being rude and didn’t cash the check. This lady had me so piss that i had to write this review to express my experience with terrible customer service. Just get rid of her is my though every time this experience crosses my mind.This was one of my worst experiences cashing a check I WILL NEVER COME BACk HERE AGAIN!! Also i call the number that they have there for when they don’t cash your check and no one answered. Just save your self some time and Don’t come to this location

The staff is always very friendly, the loan prosses is easy and very manageable, there very clear on instructions with the loan what to do and how to pay it back, when there’s issues at least with every associate I’ve hade over the last six years I’ve been going there when I’m in a pinch always go above and beyond to figure out a solution to help, if it’s ur first time using a place like this I wauld recommend ace highly

Ok so I got on a pinch ! Needed money. I was so nervous about a pay day loan . But when I say Ms. DeJa put all my fears to rest with her smile and her tone . Her customer service skills are on point.

When I went into this location the lady that originally helped me was great ! When I made a phone call today the First Lady was extremely rude . The Second Lady was very strange !! I asked her if they recorded phone calls because the lady I spoke to earlier was so rude I wanted to see if they could play our conversation back . The second stated saying she was uncomfortable with our conversation??? All because I asked her if the calls are recorded ? Most businesses have recorded lines so why that question made her uncomfortable is beyond me!

Every time I come in this store the manager, Cici is so friendly. She makes me laugh even if I have had a bad day. Love chatting with her.
