My consultant Asia Reaves assisted my needs and made a huge impression on me walking in. I was nearly in tears when I was rejected from my own bank and chase bank to do what I needed done. She got with her connections of her job and they made it happen for me. It's the little things she did to make it work that made a huge difference. The process was lengthy but it was worth ever minute of it. I was also a new customer so I understand the process ☺️ I thank you for the warmth and understanding you gave me! I love your smile and love for your job. You are friendly and helpful in every aspect. I truly appreciate you and because of you I will be going to ace for my continue needs.

Made two stops here today to make a deposit for a move. 1st one was on me because my card was declined due to my daily spending limit. No biggie, lady mentioned a fee for the card. Only one. I was like okay, sure. As I was leaving I asked if there was a fee if I had just got the cash and paid that way, she said no. Awesome!! Here's where the two stars come in....I came back with, thankfully just over the amount I needed to pay because I found out as it was going, she said there is a $4 fee if you pay with cash and two fees if you paid by card. Though I, once again, explicitly asked as I left the first time there will be no fee if I paid by cash and, again, she said no. Very misleading. Seems shady. She offered for me to go to other stores because not all places have the same fee. Great, except it's going on 7; closing time for the company...not going to help me to look for one and ask if it's 20 min to close. Some of it is probably on me on not being knowledgeable but I figured it was like any money order and waiting until last minute to ensure I had enough by the due date in my account.

The associate that works there Candice is full on a great worker! She always knows what to say and does her job correct. Always a good time,easy convenience and things get handled ace is the place to go.
