This is the only check Smart location I will use, the entire team is great to work with and the manager Rose, is who keeps me coming back as a client!! Always fast and friendly

I have been a customer for years and have always been patient regarding the RIDICULOUSLY long lines!!! I can’t take it any more!!! Ten service windows and two Tellers?? I have been here for 30 minutes already and still 9 people in front of me??? I am over it! Not coming back ever. I can honestly say, if you don’t have 2-hours to waste, DO NOT COME HERE!! 10th & Shadeland Ave. Indianapolis east-side, is the worst

I was told to bring in a personal business check, that they will would cash the check at the best rate possible. Got there, come to find out. They couldn't cash the check because they couldn't get a hold of their manager?? I called the owner of the business, they wouldn't talk to them because his business number was a cell phone, went to PLS had no issues cashing the check. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use check smart. They treated me like I was a criminal, cashing a bad check. GO TO PLS!!!!!!!

When I tell you this location has the most helpful staff, I mean it. I was so stressed out and they didn't make me feel rushed or bad about not being able to get the website to work, they just helped. Everyone was so nice, I even lost my wallet right after and they offered to help me find it! Which I did, that's how bad my day was and they did everything to make it right. It was such an awesome and memorable experience!!!!!

Terri was my associate at the Shadeland location. She was so helpful and patient with me and a system error we were experiencing. She's really nice, and if you need help I highly recommend her.

Great service love going there. And they will help you out if you have any problems, and they’re not rude like most of the places around here.
