Been attending here for 5 months and they get a new mgr and it goes crap for me!!!! I'm extremely dissatisfied and I won't return. I had no problems before this incident! I lost $30 fooling around with him! I know $30 might not be much but it was MY money.

So I took a loan out awhile ago. Paid it off. They called and called so took another loan out BECAUSE I would get a $25. Dollar card. Well they took my money out off my bank. And now say. I had to Pay In Cash. NO ONE TOLD ME THAT. NEVER AGAIN. THIEVES FROM THE JUMP!!!!!!!! Sending a boycott. 82nd st. Castleton , Indiana. 46250.

I love this staff. I stopped going to the one on pendleton pike. They changed my fee % everytime i went. Eventhough it was the same corporate business for the 3 years

Extremely helpedful and friendly staff. I would suggest CheckSmart to anyone and this location for me. They literally made my day last week. Just saying.

This is the nicest staff ever. Always positive and pleasant. 5 star staff

Not sure I'll be back. Called yesterday and asked if they could extend my repayment by a single day and they did. But before I can go in and repay it, they deposited my check. Now I have to wait for it to clear my bank so I know how much money I actually have left. Place needs to show more patience. I work full-time and would have been in at 5. All good though. As I said above. I just won't be going back.

The Checksmart here is the best great, staff, always willing to get you what you need. I have been going to them for some time now and anytime I need any loans or money orders they help me out. Would definitely recommend coming here.

The staff Melissa and Dana are very efficient and personable. i would highly recommend this location for the best service ever!
