IF I COULD GIVE THIS BANK 0 STARS I WOULD! I WORK FOR A LOCAL DEALERSHIP AND WAS DEALING WITH THEM IN REGARDS TO A CUSTOMERS PAYOFF. THEY ARE THE MOST RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL "BANK" I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! JEFF PLUNKITT THE OWNER TALK TO ME VERY DISRESPECTFULLY. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND WILL ADVISE MY FINANCE MANAGERS TO DO THE SAME!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN!!!!!

The loan was finalized very quickly. They told me the funds would be in my in 24 - 72 hours. The funds were available in 24 hours. I would definitely recommend Consumer Financial Services to family & friend.

Do not do business with them. They’ll give you a loan but you’ll pay 20% or more of interest. Not only that, we were loyal customers, pays on time every time or even double the amount we owed. One day I came in wanting to pay off my loan but their “system was down” and couldn’t get my full amount to pay it all off (because they couldn’t tell me the amount) so I gave them an amount that I thought it was to pay it off. They called back and said we still owe them $40. I live 45 minutes away front them so it was very inconvenience for me to drive down to them. I ask if I can pay by check but they said their would be a $2 fee. I ask it to be waived the $2 and they refuse EVEN THOUGH their system was down, and did not give their customers any notice. They basically scam your money. Please don’t waste your money and your time. I promise you can find somewhere else with better customer services, and who cares about their loyal customers. I will not recommend them to anyone. They lost loyal clients.

Excellent customer service, branch manager was fast in getting loan approved. The individual that closed my loan, was trained very efficiently. Will be doing business in the future with Consumer Financial Services!

I did business with them for years and during that time I was pleased until now. For our first loan our credit score was very low but they financed some furniture for us. We had several more loans with them and we were never late always early. Just recently the loan we had with them my car was collateral.Just recently I bought a new car so the loan with them was paid off this was 3 months ago. I changed bank accounts and closed our old account thinking our Social Security checks would be deposited this month. When they were't my Husband and I didn't know what to do because we had bills due and found out it would be 5 to 10 days before it would be in our account. I called CFS thinking they would help us but they refused even though I explained to them they would have the money back in 10 days. Instead they wanted to loan money for some credit cards we were a month behind on. I refused and we just went and pawned our wedding rings to give us money to run on until we get our checks. So much for being a loyal customer. We will never do business with them again even when they send out their post cards like they do to offer to loan money.
