He explained things thoroughly to me and kept my best interests in mind. He was incredibly responsive to me and my realtor(even on the weekend). Would highly recommend using them. They will definitely be my "go to" if and when we refinance in the future

They sent unrequested cash-out refinance offers in the mail, but disguised the mail as coming from my current loan servicer. This practice is deceptive and should be illegal. Stay away from any business using these tactics.

Very impressed! We worked in the Indianapolis office with Matt Milender. While we ultimately decided not to refinance, Matt worked really hard to evaluate our options and the market rates. Ultimately, it made the most sense for us to stay in our current loan, and that was what Matt advised us to do. I really appreciated that he did not try to push something on us that ultimately didn't make sense for our family and finances just to get a sale. Honest and helpful. He even found that our current mortgage company was over charging us on taxes and guided us on how to get that remedied. Though a refinance wasn't the best option for us at this time, we will use Golden Oak in the future.
