They helped us renew a loan to consolidate some bills and take a mini vacation. We were treated with respect and were offered suggestions for solutions to follow not told we had to do this or that. I was able to pay off what I wanted to because we received the extra cash out. A few months Before I was told they would pay what they wanted us to pay and they couldn't give us the money we needed even though we are excellent customers and have been with them for quite a while. I don't know what caused the big turnaround maybe new management? The great treatment this time has made a big difference. Before I was desperately trying to pay them off and never go back. Thank you Mariner you have restored my faith in your company.

I had an exceptional experience at Mariner Finance! I don’t know about you, but as of late, I haven’t had good experiences with customer service reps. I was in immediate need of a loan and Audrey did a wonderful job securing the funds for me. Over the phone she was very efficient and in person, she had everything ready when I walked in. Good job Audrey & Mariner Finance!

Am going to give Mariner top 5 star you guys made everything so nice and the lady who assisted me Ashley was such a joy to work with, she treated me with respect and like just one of the girls.. she explained everything and I understood everything she was telling me.. I wished everyone was this easy to work with and things very well understood.. The staff is great. Very professional and friendly. The process took less than two hours and I picked up the check. I highly recommend giving them a try.
