I have had nothing but great experiences with OneMain. I have taken out 3 loans with them in the past 3 years and it’s always a quick and easy approval process. The staff is great. I have no complaints and will always use them as a go-to for when I’m in a bind.

I've never had issues with anything dealing with my loan. My branch closed and I was moved to pendleton pike. I am so glad because John was a helpful blessing in a very stressful time for me. You usually don't see this kind of willingness to help in private loan companies but he changed my opinion.

No call for what you did. I mean 5 that's fine and okay I'm not gonna call you back so you don't effing call me when I had to return at 3am from work. This is ridiculous I wanna go up in there right now. Why are you calling me so much even if someone submitted an application idc you don't call them constantly!!! Nobody gonna pay for my phone there and I need it for my work! It's the tool I need!!!!! You all should be ashamed!

They were wonderful to work with. everything was completed within 24 hours from my application to me receiving my funds. Very Professional and very helpful.

Was just a little rude on the phone. Husband has a payroll job, I have my own business. Everything is in my name as I have more income than he does. I'm aware that because my income doesn't have a trail other than bank statements and my husband has check stubs, that my husband may need to be on the application. I was informed that and when I filled out the application online it didn't give me an option to include my husband and when I went to ask how to do so the guy kind of hung up on me. Like he was in such a hurry and didn't want to continue with the application. I just needed a short term loan, two weeks and not a large amount. Was using my information for my vehicle. Now a little unsettling that I provided personal information to the company regarding my vehicle and insurance information as well as my drivers license and tax information. Edit to add after posting this review I got a notification from the fraud department that OneMain pulled a credit check on me hours after the review. Why pull a credit check on me and affect my credit when you already told me I didn't qualify.... it just seems highly sketchy to me.

I am trying to understand how there are good reviews for this Particular location, John was very rude down talked me was not helpful at all and treated me as if I was a worthless piece of garbage, he was not willing to assist me at all and legit told me that if the person that was helping me wasn’t able to help me then nobody else would so he wasn’t really trying to look into helping me and my husband whatsoever I have decided not to move forward with trying to get any loan with them at the end of the day they need clients to get loans to continue to stay open and have a job more than I need their loan for whatever personal reason I choose. It’s quite sad that they have such a reputable reputation through Credit Karma and a four star rating totally don’t recommend and will pursue to try and take my business somewhere else. As this location is to forgetful unattentive whether or not you have tons of applications you should treat every application individually and not just some other application and Kris Kross information when everyone’s personal situation and information quite unique🤷🏻‍♀️
