They don't deserve a star but that's the only way to leave a comment. They are all rude and lied to me on several occasions. They did not refund my extra gap coverage, told me they were figuring it out but instead charged me an extra year of finance charge even when they had a complete payoff. I got it on paper - theft by finance charge... thanks a lot.

This company is AWFUL. They are SO unprofessional! They treat you like a criminal_ the minute you are late with a payment. Just my opinion _ I could be wrong

Will never utilize pfs again. Have not had any issues with the branch at all. But when I contact corporate I have never been treated the way I was. I will never utilize a company again that treats their consumers this way. I’d give all zeros if i could.

I take back everything that I have said previously. If you let them know your situation THEY will help you. I was mad in the beginning because I felt like I wasn't getting anything resolved but Michelle has been the best so far she is helping me thru my situation as well as seeking a deferment for me. In the end a closed mouth doesn't get fed and you have not because you ask not. There are still some compassionate people despite this crazy world that we live in and she just gave me hope ! : -)

PFS has been the best auto loan company I have dealt with. There always there to answer my questions and they are very professional. PFS has always been there to help me whenever I need assistance as long and you let them know ahead of time and communicate with them. All they want is for you to be honest with them.

Best place to get a subprime auto loan. They definitely deserve five stars. Staff is super nice and understanding. All you got to do is communicate! People who have left bad reviews for this poor place didn’t communicate and avoided their payment entirely. I’m certainly not the best on time paying customer but I always pay and answer when they call. Always given respect because I always give it to them. Can’t give someone a sour candy and expect a smile from it… Ps to the guy about theft by finance charge. ITS SUB PRIME! If WE had good credit then we can argue but WE have piss poor credit and could at least still get a loan from this place instead of Credit Acceptance or Automotive Credit Corporation which is WAY higher than PFS and REALLY treats their customers like trash…
