I have had great service with One Main, Emily has always been a godsend in helping me out. Recently I paid off a loan with them, but when I came back this time, after waiting for my payoff to post as they told me to do, they turned me down after they had told me to wait so long before applying again. If they were not going to approve me to begin with, why tell me they would help me. I am very frustrated over this matter. I have been a loyal customer and have always paid as agreed.

Diana is by far one of the best consultants! She has saved me from so much financial stress. Thanks to OneMain i am able to get a hold of my budget and be stable again. I am so thankful!

Very bad experience my wife and I just had at this branch. They need to get on the same page as corporate. lied to and mislead. they hit both my wife and I credit. And did not come through to help us out at all. I would not recommend this company. Wasted my wife's time and mine. What a joke.
