I started my becoming-an-adult journey with 3Rivers 5+ years ago when I was 16 and opened my first account! Lexi had helped me open my accounts originally (Always thought it was Alex, but I was wrong) Either way Lexi was super sweet and helped me start my journey of becoming an adult! About 3 years after that I sat down with Alex and got my first ever credit card! Since then I've been working on a financial wellness plan and working towards multiple goals over the years. Just a few months ago I was able to refer my boyfriend to this Branch to work with a loan officer to get a car and surprise!! He was able to get an even lower interest rate than I did financing somewhere else! Everyone here is always so pleasant and so easy to work with and they'll go out of their way to make sure you have EVERYTHING you need to be successful!! Thank you guys for being amazing!!

This was my second time at this branch, and we were helped by Jason from the float team. He was very fast & professional! He was patient and explained things in an easy, timely manner. I’ve never had such a positive banking experience. 10/10. Keep up the good work Jason!

Unusual questions from the staff when depositing or cashing checks. Every transaction is met with suspicion regardless of my bank balance. My past history and credit with this bank must go unnoticed. Like the convenience of multiple locations but might start shopping for a new bank if things don't improve. Slow drive thru at every location. Edit to last review. The last time that I was in the drive thru, they gave me another person's Id and receipt while giving that person my large cash filled envelope and my Id and receipt with my bank balance. Not good at all.

I feel like my needs are the employees top priority. Whether it is them unexpectedly reaching out to me or just a simple hi to me in the lobby.

Very disappointed. I am a member of the Co-OP and new to the area. I wanted to apply for the government PPP business loan. I was told I had to move my Business account over to them and then they would do the loan for me. It took about 4-5 business days to get that account open. Once the account was opened I started the loan process. I was told they couldn't help me because I wasn't a member with them when the program launched. I escalated this issue to the Manager hoping they would stand behind their employees misinformation. I was wrong. I now have the loan app with a different company but I am now a week behind everyone else and I may not get the funds. This program has already ran out of funding once, so being late could close my business and my way of supporting my family.
Seems like to me that all they care about is opening new accounts and telling people whatever they want to hear to get it done.
I would not recommend any business with this level of integrity especally a business that handles your money.
