First Farmers Bank and Trust, Knox, IN

First & foremost, the newer atm is awful! What an inconvenience to have to take your card out & wait for it to reset everytime you want to make multiple transactions. It's a pain!! All of that is, of course, if the atm is even working that day!! It's constantly down!! Which means we're getting charged by 2 banks to go use our First Farmers card somewhere else. Now onto the debit cards... It is a constant hassle to use it at times! Businesses will even tell you that's it's always the First Farmers cards they have trouble with. And a lot of times, I have been declined because of the cards malfunctions. But when I go to the bank, I have plenty in the account. Please have tech support look into these issues!

Manager is rude and not very friendly. I would suggest opening an account here if you want or need unnecessary aggravation in your life.

Very good bank and very supportive , friendly and reliable been banking here for many years and don’t plan to go anywhere else I rate them all of 5 stars
