All the employees are great! They're all very nice, helpful, considerate, and understanding! The world would be a better place if everyone would act like that! And treat others as they would want to be treated! We all need to follow "The Golden Rule"!

This is by far the worst credit Union. They have no customer service on weekends or any time outside normal business hours, their policies are straight from 1922, their online banking is so limited you can literally only look at your balance, and it is incompatible with any modern apps. Take your money somewhere else.

I have never used a credit union but was looking at a car and thought I’d try someone local. I called their auto loan department and Lori was great. I was looking at a car from a private individual and most banks won’t finance that. She made it so easy. She got me approved with a super low rate for a used car. It took about 20 minutes and she had me on my way with a check to buy the car. Overall was the best experience I have had financing a car.

I’ve banked at several places in town and this has been my favorite experience so far. They set out goals for you to achieve when looking at getting the best deal for financing big ticket items such as your home. They gave me things to work on to get my credit score higher to get me to a better rate. Other banks have never done this with me. If you are complaining about getting paid on Friday instead of Thursday, you probably don’t need a financial institution, but rather a check cashing facility! I’d rather have a place that treats you like family and helps you look out for your best interest than a bank that just wants to find ways to nickel and dime you to death. Staff is always friendly!

The people are very nice and easy to get along with. The kasasa cash back is difficult to get lately because of "upgrades". My coworkers got paid Thursday because of the holiday but my check is pending until Monday. This pending is very normal for this bank however credit karma does not pend, gets there earlier and they have a drawing that gives back everything you spend on a transaction. The other day I spent 60 on gas and got it all back through their drawings.

I've built my credit up with their help Mark is Classmate from high school he's super nice guy will do the best he can to work with pray with you whatever ya need the lady at front desk puts up with me and still nice as can be very helpful and smart Rhonda is my neighbor her and her husband Kenny and Charlie are nice people if you want a financial institution that treats ya like family this is the place even if your temperamental like me just remember nobody's perfect people make mistakes don't get frustrated like I do they will take care of you
