Fifth Third Bank & ATM, La Porte, IN

I came to this branch to open bank accounts for my kids and Tiffany sat us down and handled everything in record time and made the process seamless! The bank is in beautiful condition and the staff very friendly. Tiffany gave us 5 star service! Highly recommend this branch and bank!

Nothing is open on the holidays and I get that. Do the computers get the day off too? I can use my card then check my account and the account would not be accurate. If I use my card one day I better plan on not using it the next day because they think every transaction I make is fraudulent. So then I have to get it fixed every other day. Vending machines, internet purchases and certain apps, they think are all fraudulent charges. I had to get a money order and they charge 2$ and they give it to you blank. If anyone got a hold of it they could then fraud me but that's cool. I've had this account for just a little over a month and I've had several issues. The staff is very helpful though. They probably have to deal with this a lot. Do better for your staff and clients or I will do my business elsewhere.

I have been with this bank for like 2 years I really love this bank and all the people that work in it they are very polite and nice and very helpful my grandpa and grandma has been with this bank for over 25 years they really love it and if you ever have a problem with one of your accounts just call them up or go in and they will address all of your needs I highly recommend this bank to everybody. Way to go Fifth Third Bank for being a awesome bank.

By far the worst and most disorganized bank I've ever been to. Avoid this bank at all costs. Something as simple as cashing a check that was issued by this bank has turned into a joke. Avoid this bank. They really don't have any idea on what there doing.

Fifth third is the absolutely worst bank I’ve ever been with. Right now I can’t get into my own account even after having “help”. So now with covid going on, I’ll have to go IN PERSON to figure out why I can’t log into my account. On top of that, they keep over drafting me even though I’ve had over draft turned off this entire time.

My mother passed in December of 2022.I have never had more trouble with a bank than this one. They made it sooo difficult to take my mother's money out!!! So glad I'm done with them. My next stop is corporate.
