Absolutely great experience. I asked for $10 is pennies and they delivered. It was great. No hastle, the staff was wonderful and super super nice. Totally would recommend them, great service and kind faces. 10/10

I've always had great customer service at all of the Lafayette First Merchants Bank locations! I had an issue with my direct deposit and my paycheck so I called the downtown branch. After calling the branch twice to see if they could help me trace or locate where my check went, I was told by an individual that they were unable to help and did not attempt to reach out for further assistance. The second time I called I was reminded rudely that "like I said before, we cannot see anything on our end" by the individual who answered. It wasn't until I spoke with Wren on the third call who took the time to help me and resolve the issue within 15 minutes! I would have left a three star review due to a lack of customer service by the first individual but Wren went above and beyond to help me and I'm grateful as a customer to receive that assistance.

New job sent me to open account for insurance. Bankers said I had to do it online. Asked if we could do the since already there, denied. This was false. Has to be done in person. Spent time and resources multiple times on their behalf. Clay apologized, that was nice. However, time and resources expenditure over-rides platitudes. The Staff was nice, though apparently uneducated on their own policies. Credit Union hasn't let me down yet though.
